Coaching

I offer leadership coaching for emerging and established leaders seeking to center equity and social justice in their leadership practice, with a focus on wellbeing & sustainability. I leverage my skills as a clinician, alongside my experience as a seasoned leader in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors, to create coaching relationships that promote self-reflection, self-compassion, humility, accountability to your values, and broad personal and professional growth.
